Gov. Mark Dayton and Minnesota Supreme Court Chief Justice Lorie Gildea will take part in a rally supporting the state's drug courts, the Associated Press reports.
They'll join a number of judges and prosecutors at the Capitol Rotunda from 10 a.m. to noon on Monday.
