It's also known as "Sizzurp" or "Purple Drank," and reportedly originated in Houston.

The Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis has removed Curtis Carl Wehmeyer, 47, as a pastor. He was arrested in Oakdale on Friday and released from the Ramsey County Jail on Monday, pending further investigation. He has not been charged. A male juvenile has alleged assaults over a two-year period.
