Xcel Energy MN said Tuesday afternoon that service was restored.
There are a few outages still on Minnesota Power's outage map, but it's single digits at this point.

In an update Tuesday morning, Xcel Energy says workers are in the home stretch of restoring services. But "700 or so" Minnesota customers still don't have power. Its electric outage map shows quite a bit more than that in southern Minnesota and around the Twin Cities (at least 2,000 customers). But it's possible that hasn't been updated yet.
Damaging winds, heavy rain, and fallen trees had initially knocked out power to 165,000 Xcel users.
The company has repeatedly thanked its customers for their "patience and understanding" over the past two days, explaining that the last people left without power are in areas that were the most heavily damaged by Sunday's storms.
"Work was difficult to remove trees and limbs, and restore power," the statement says.
Those people will just have to hold on a bit longer. Xcel expects to have all of the outages fixed by mid-afternoon Tuesday.
Minnesota Power is also still working to restore services. According to their outage map, 666 (yikes) customers were without power as of 1 p.m. Tuesday, with restorations expected to finish up in the afternoon.
More severe weather coming?
And while work is wrapping up, new threats are brewing. The National Weather Service says more severe storms are possible Tuesday night – which could mean more outages. And more work for Xcel.
"While we restore the last of the customers from Sunday’s storm, we’re also preparing for the next one so we can respond quickly and restore any customers who may experience a power outage," Xcel said.
They also offer some tips on how to be prepared for future power outages.
