Patrol Capt. Bryan Niewind told the Fargo Forum three cars were clocked traveling well above the speed limit on Interstate 29 in Fargo late Thursday night before leading a trooper on a pursuit. The trooper ended the chase because of the unsafe speeds, but was still able to identify all three vehicles. The cars were later found and the drivers - ages 15, 16 and 17 - were identified. The teens could face charges of fleeing, reckless driving and reckless endangerment.

Fargo man accused of throwing Quran through window into crib

Fargo woman faces charges after allegedly swinging dog by leash in bar
A 27-year-old woman is facing charges for animal cruelty, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and criminal trespassing. Witnesses at the Empire Bar tell police the woman was swinging a dog by its leash, holding it by the neck and pulling its hair. Patrons at the bar say she was yelling and hysterical.
