Patrol Capt. Bryan Niewind told the Fargo Forum three cars were clocked traveling well above the speed limit on Interstate 29 in Fargo late Thursday night before leading a trooper on a pursuit. The trooper ended the chase because of the unsafe speeds, but was still able to identify all three vehicles. The cars were later found and the drivers - ages 15, 16 and 17 - were identified. The teens could face charges of fleeing, reckless driving and reckless endangerment.
