Update: Missing 83-year-old found safe


An 83-year-old man Coon Rapids police asked the public to help locate is back home safe.

Marvin Haas was last seen Monday at 2 p.m., leaving a Perkins restaurant in Anoka, the police department had said. His family has reported him missing, and on Wednesday morning officials asked for the public's help finding him.

By early that afternoon, Hass was found safe. Coon Rapids police spokesperson Jon Urquhart told BringMeTheNews Hass returned home.
