An 83-year-old man was accosted by three young woman in St. Paul. According to a police report, one woman held the elderly man's arm while the other two stole his wallet and backpack that held his prescription drugs. The victim uses a cane and was unable to go after the women and couldn't provide a description because his glasses were pushed aside during the struggle.
