Cyrus Porter lives in New Madrid, Missouri, is 96 years old, served in World War II – and is a huge, huge Taylor Swift fan.

So what a holiday surprise it was when Swift swung by Porter's home Monday to say hi and perform.

Robert Frye, Porter's grandson, took a bunch of photos for Twitter. As did Caroline Fowler and Chris Porter.

The 27-year-old superstar posed for family photos:

Saw some of Porter's WWII memorabilia:

And performed a sing-along "Shake it Off," which got Porter out of his chair and dancing:

Porter told local TV station KFVS there's nothing else he's into as much as Taylor Swift. He's seen her twice in concert even.

“Yeah, I just enjoy it, I’m getting old," Porter said. "I’m just enjoying everything.”
