Seattle-based Alaska Airlines landed more than 90 percent of its flights on-time last month, Forbes reports. Delta Airlines placed second with 86.35 percent of its flights on time, followed by Southwest Airlines.
Delta is the dominant carrier at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.
On average, 79.04 percent of North American airlines arrived at the gate within 15 minutes of schedule, according to global flight and airport information service provider FlightStats,
South African Airways led all major international airlines with 94.71 percent of all flights reaching the arrival gate on time. Gulf Air took the second spot, followed by Japan Airlines.
