Amazing: You can watch a live stream of adorable zoo animals for 10 hours tomorrow
Thank you, internet.
For 10 hours on Thursday, 18 zoos across the country will be live streaming adorable animals on Facebook, including the Como Zoo's polar bears, giraffe and arctic fox. And zookeepers will be on hand to talk about the animals and answer people's questions.
It's part of an "Inside the Zoo" event put on by Animal Planet, with all the action starting at 8 a.m. on Animal Planet's Facebook page. (You can also watch it on the Como Zoo's page.)
If you want to tune in to see the Como Zoo's animals, here's that schedule:
- Polar bear training at 10 a.m.
- Skeeter the giraffe will appear at 11:35 a.m.
- Arctic fox training at 2:15 p.m.
Animals from other well-known zoos will make an appearance, too, including pandas, penguins, birds, sharks and sea turtles – to name a few.
We're teaming up with The Association of Zoos and Aquariums to take you behind the scenes of more than 15 zoos and aquariums in our all-day long #InsideTheZoo Facebook Live event!
The festitivies begin Thursday at 9am ET.
