Singing stars in-the-making from Minnesota will have to cross the border into Iowa if they're going to get a shot at being on the upcoming season of the Fox Television reality competition "American Idol." Rock Rapids, a town of 2,600 in the northwest part of the state, is one of 10 U.S. cities on "The American Idol Small Town Bus Tour." Auditions are this weekend.
