Another former Packer, Jared Cook, is visiting the Vikings

Jared Cook is the guy who made that amazing sideline catch in Green Bay's playoff win over Dallas.

After signing former Packers edge rusher Datone Jones on Tuesday, the Vikings are hosting another former Packer today: tight end, Jared Cook.

Cook is the guy who tip-toed the sideline to make an amazing catch with three seconds to play in the NFC Divisional round of the playoffs against the Cowboys. It set up Mason Crosby's game-winning field goal.

Cook, 30, caught 30 passes last season with Green Bay and he has 17 career touchdowns. In Minnesota, he would be paired at tight end with Kyle Rudolph, who is coming off a career season with 83 receptions for 830 yards and 7 touchdowns.

According to Ian Rapoport, there's a better chance Cook leaves Minnesota and signs with the Raiders.

In Oakland, Cook would likely challenge Clive Walford for the No. 1 tight end job.
