KSTP reports a suspect in Thursday night's armed robbery at a SuperTarget pharmacy in West St. Paul may have struck again Friday night.
This time the target was a CVS store on the 1400 block of Robert Street South in West St. Paul.
A Bureau of Criminal Apprehension crime alert says the suspect in both holdups pulled out a gun and demanded prescription drugs. The suspect left the area in a green Pontiac Grand AM, according to the BCA crime alert.
KARE 11 reports by the time police arrived the neither the suspect nor the car could be found.
The Star Tribune reports the latest robbery occurred just after 6 p.m. Friday. Police said that surveillance pictures lead them to believe it was the same man. They describe the suspect as a white man, wearing all black with a ski mask and white tennis shoes, about 5-feet, 8-inches tall and weighing 150-170 pounds.
BringMeTheNews reported Thursday night's robbery led to a lockdown. Officials would not say whether the gunman escaped with the drugs he asked for.
