Author:

The public's help is needed to find a man who has gone missing from Madison Lake, Minnesota.

The Madison Lake Police Department and Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has issued an appeal for assistance finding Michael Cook, 38.

He was last seen at his home on Wednesday, Nov. 25, but has not been heard from since, missing work and failing to contact his family. Police say this is unusual and so are concerned for his welfare.

He is described as 6-foot tall, weighing 155 pounds with short red hair and blue eyes. He has tattoos on his arms, ankle and abdomen, and is often seen wearing a baseball cap.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts can call Madison Lake police or the Blue Earth Sheriff's Office at 507-387-8744.
