Authorities seeking man with history of construction scams targeting elderly

Suspected serial scammer Edward Lou Mason reportedly defrauded a 98-year-old Falcon Heights woman out of $1,850 for work that was not needed, then fled before the work was done. Authorities say Mason has criminal records in multiple states, frequently changes vehicles and usually stays in campgrounds, trailer parks and cheap motels.
