When it comes to raising and spending political funds, Minnesota Republican Rep. Michele Bachmann is only second to Speaker of the House John Boehner, Poltico reports. Bachmann reportedly raised and spent $16 million though this year through July, while her Democratic opponent, Jim Graves, raised more than $578,000 and spent close to $227,000 in the same time period.
