Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett was slapped by a supporter Tuesday after he conceded to Gov. Scott Walker in the Wisconsin recall election, WISN TV reports. The woman was upset with Barrett for conceding the race before all the votes were counted, the TV station says.
