Happy Monday, people! The weekend flew by and the number-one reason is apparently due to partying.

We chatted about were family obligations, like who ever wanted to go to a 3-year old birthday party and binging on too much Netflix. We also ended the weekend with a big win for USA but we might have gotten a bad rep from the whole thing, we have all that covered and more for you this morning with Ben, Dana and Giselle.

6:15 - Kim Kardashian robbed at gunpoint
Over night news broke, regarding media queen Kim Kardashian being held at gun point and involved in an armed robbery. Kanye ended his show early to be with her and about $10 million dollars of stolen jewelry went missing. We dissected what we think is going on and just how armed men got past her security.

6:30 - G on a plane and sitting next to the annoying person on the plane
Have you ever been on a plane where you just can't get any peace and quiet? It seemed that it is the new normal when traveling. We went over Giselle's weekend trip and how annoying the woman next to her was. She needed to be shushed up at take off.

6:50
In The Trend this morning, we covered the details on the shots fired over night in downtown, the historic Ryder Cup win for USA and Kim Kardashian being robbed at gunpoint in Paris. Everything you needed to know for the day here at 6:50, 7:50 and 8:50 every morning.

7:15 - Ryder Cup Fans
The past week has been filled with quite a lot of USA pride at the Ryder Cup, but we also had a pretty bad rep as angry Americans hassling players with their taunts against Europe. Who knew Minnesota nice stopped at the end of golf? Our friend, Joe stopped into

7:30 - $1,000 Minute
Emily played and had some awesome confidence. She took home $70.00 and you could have too! Play everyday at 7:30am.

8:15 - Get to Know
Intern Anna made up the question this morning and we gave props to our boss for always coming up with something for Get to Know. She asked, what historical sports event would you travel back in time too? Ben said he was too young to enjoy the Twins winning the 1991 World Series. Dana wanted to go back to the first season of American Gladiators, just to watch. Giselle is headed back to her alma mater at University of Southern California 2004 Orange Bowl.

8:30
We had the giggles over the weekend tuning into Saturday Night Live as Alec Baldwin and Kate McKinnon took on presidential candidates characters in the great debate. We are already looking forward to next weekend!
