The gang went on one of the longer gas station trips that they've ever gone on this morning, and it was very eventful. The show had a big announcement for Intern Anna: We're fulfilling her life long dream to ride in a garbage truck. Yes, you read that right, a garbage truck.

6:15 Biggest Tips for Travel

There's nothing better than getting a good deal, especially when it comes to flights and traveling. We gave you some tips and tricks to score some of the serious deals. We tell you when it is cheapest to fly, when to book international flights, and why you should never fly on Sundays, that's the worst. Did you know that you can upgrade those seats to first class with frequent flyer miles? Now you know!

6:30 Forget About Ghosting, Now We Have to Worry about Bread Crumbing

This may not be a new trend, but now it has a cute name and is replacing ghosting as the most annoying dating theme. What is bread crumbing? When someone you might be talking to is just stringing you along without any kind of commitment or even solid plans, aka the F Boy. They might be that man or woman that you hear from once and a while, or the person that liked an Instagram post from a couple weeks ago. Fun fact, that doesn't mean anything, they probably just accidentally double tapped your picture when they were creeping.

7:15 Cow Farts

There is a woman trying really hard to ban dryer sheets, axe body spray, and bonfires because they are destroying the atmospheric layer or whatever. We think there are some other things that should be banned before dryer sheets. Cow farts, those are way more hurtful to the country's environment. Who knew that a cow's fart makes up for 18% of all pollution in this wonderful American beauty?

7:30 $1000 Minute

Ashley wrapped up her first game of $1000 Minute and took home a little cash and then some. Play along everyday at 7:30am with Ben, Dana and Giselle.

8:15 Get To Know

Taylor Swift is getting her own channel on DIRECTV. Yes, 24 hour of T-Swift. We wanted to know who you would rather see have 24 hours of television. Topping our list was Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake.

8:30 Thanks 2016 for More Hipster Food

Giselle is not digging the sushi burritos as much as Ben, Dana and Anna. Dana could get rid of anything cauliflower (steak WTF?), but especially cauliflower pizza. Everyone agreed that small plates are really just appetizers they can upcharge to sound fancy.

8:50 The Trend

Tim Hortons opened a location at the University of Minnesota. Taylor Swift is getting her own channel for 24 hour, 7 days-a-week coverage of her and her squad (ugh). Finally, there is a big change coming to Netflix to help you save up on all those data charges you're getting on road trips and on flights.

9:50 Rap Up

Don't forget the Daily Rap Up with Chaz Kangas (@chazraps) who freestyles a secret word and recaps everything we talked about previously in the show.

Listen to Ben, Dana and Giselle everyday from 6-10am and you might even hear Tupac, because we're local and we can do that.
