Former Senate staffer Michael Brodkorb has returned to his first love: Blogging. Though, he swears his new endeavor will be nothing like his liberal-bashing blog "Minnesota Democrats Exposed." The first post comes as Brodkorb continues his legal fight with the state of Minnesota over his dismissal from the Senate.

Brodkorb's threat to name names has lawmakers tight-lipped

The founder of the web site Minnesota Democrats Exposed is now a threat to expose extra-marital affairs in his own party. Michael Brodkorb claims he was wrongfully fired after an affair with his boss, while others involved in affairs at the Capitol kept their jobs. Lawmakers are tiptoeing around the issue.

State denies Michael Brodkorb unemployment benefits

Minnesota Public Radio reports the former Republican Senate communications chief is appealing the Department of Employment and Economic Development's decision to reject his application. A hearing is set next week. Brodkorb was fired after his affair with former Senate Majority Leader Amy Koch became public.
