Sue Thomas was named chief executive officer of the global supplier of products and services for commercial buildings. Thomas joined Nystrom in 1990 and replaces Scott Sustacek as CEO. The Business Journal reports the Minneapolis-based retailer has yet to formally announce the construction plans. Accused Brooklyn Park daycare murderer to stay in jail

A man accused of killing three people at a Brooklyn Park in-home daycare will remain in jail on a $6 million bond. Eddie Matthew Mosley, 34, of St. Louis, Mo., is accused of shooting to death Delois Brown, 59, and her parents James Bolden, 83, and Clover Bolden, 81, in April. A grand jury indicted Mosley Thursday on nine counts of first-degree murder.
