If you need another excuse to catch Pokemon – or a reason to work out – there's a Pokemon Go 5K walk or run in Minneapolis Sunday.

Fit 1st Running – a specialty shoe store in Minneapolis – is hosting the event in the Loring Park area.

People can choose to do either a 2K or a 5K – it probably just depends on how many eggs you want to hatch.

It's even free to participate.

The Facebook event says T-shirts will be available at Fit 1st Running for $20. But there's a limited quantity, so you should probably RSVP if you want one.

It starts at 10 a.m.

Pokemon Go might not be a bad option if you're looking for reasons to work out.

Adrian Allen, a college student from Duluth, told WCCO he dropped 12 pounds in 19 days playing the game.

He also walked nearly nine miles each of those days, but still.

In addition to losing all that weight, he made it to level 30.
