Carrie Underwood likes hanging out in Minnesota

She enjoyed a day off in the Twin Cities on Sunday and will be hitting the stage at the Xcel Monday night.

Carrie Underwood sure seems to like Minnesota.

The country singer was hanging out in Minneapolis on Sunday and shared some of her adventure on Instagram.

One of Underwood's stops was at The Soap Factory Haunted Basement in Minneapolis, where she snapped a selfie (seen up top) with her bass player Mark Childers.

She didn't explain why there's paint all over their faces, but the Soap Factory is featuring a paranormal artist this year.

She also posted a video before they went in:

About an hour later, she posted a photo (presumably from earlier that day) of what appears to be Loring Park, with the simple caption "fall."

Earlier this year, fans were surprised and delighted to spot her at a youth hockey tournament in Edina.

To be fair, Underwood is in town right now for her concert at the Xcel Energy Center on Monday night, but we can pretend she just can't get enough of Minnesota.

Here's some reactions from social media:
