Travis Scott has debuted a new short film titled Birds in the Trap.
It has been called "surreal," which is no surprise. It partially shares the name with the Soundset headliner's last album, Birds in the Trap Sing Brian McKnight.
Here, after an altercation in the club and a heated argument with his girlfriend, Scott gets into a car accident. From there, it's hard to convey in words exactly what goes down, but these 14 minutes into Scott's mind really show the depths of his artistry and should cement him in the top tier of the genre's most exciting innovators.
Travis Scott fans should act fast, though. Not unlike Taco Bell's groundbreaking Naked Chicken Chalupa, Birds in the Trap is said to be available for a limited time only. Catch it while you can, before Travis unveils his next big movie, which we assume will be comparable to the sheer mastery of Taco Bell's new Triple-Double Crunchwrap.
