A former Champlin High School girls soccer coach who pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy has been released from the charge.

Rebecca Noonan, 34, was charged in 2015, and in January pleaded guilty to fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct. She admitted she engaged in sexual intercourse with the boy in his Ramsey home while his mom was gone.

And this week a judge dismissed the case against her because she met all the requirements of her probation, which included going to therapy, not drinking alcohol and having no contact with the victim.

Her probation was supposed to last 10 years, but the judge ruled she'd met all the requirements of it, so the charge against her is now dismissed, KSTP reports.
