Charges: Woman who ordered fresh fries ends up spraying Wendy's employees with Mace

Apparently the fries weren't fresh enough.

A woman who was upset over the freshness of her fries sprayed Mace at Wendy's employees, charges against her say.

Eiram Chanel Amir Dixson, 25, ordered food through the drive-thru at a Coon Rapids Wendy's on Thursday around 12:22 p.m., and she demanded the fries be fresh, the criminal complaint says.

Well, apparently they weren't, because the complaint says she ended up getting into an argument with employees, and reached through the drive-thru window, prompting an employee to throw a soda at her.

That's when Dixson went back to her car, grabbed her Mace and started spraying it, hitting three employees who reported burning and some difficulty breathing, the complaint alleges.

Dixson was charged with using tear gas, which is a felony.
