Cloquet theater group headed for Japan

The County Seat Theater Company, of Clouquet, has been invited to perform in the World Children's Festival of Performing Arts in Toyama, Japan later this month.

A Cloquet theater group will travel across the world to perform its award winning play in Japan, the Northland News Center reports.

The County Seat Theater Company has been invited to perform in the World Children's Festival of Performing Arts in Toyama later this month. They will perform their production of an American Folk Tale called Wiley and the Hairy Man. 

The theatre says on its web site that it received the honor because of outstanding artistic accomplishments in 2011.
