Dance teams save baby's life at state tournament

A dancer on the Fridley High School team was holding her coach's baby when the boy stopped breathing and turned blue. A coach from another team and others helped administer CPR and minutes later the boy was breathing again. Doctors say he suffered a febrile seizure due to a fever.

A New Year's Day bike ride turned tragic in Fridley Sunday morning. A 46-year-old New Brighton man was killed after he collided with a privately-owned snowplow in Anoka County. WCCO reports it was dark outside and the victim's bike didn't have any lights. His name has not been released. No one is in custody.
