We're at the point where if the first three words of a story are "Chance the Rapper," we know we're about to smile. His latest blessing was conjuring up a rare appearance from Dave Chappelle in Chicago

Chance, along with Social Works Inc. and the Chicago Public Library, present a free open mic event for young Chicago creatives called Open Mike.

Monday's installment featured a surprise Chappelle cameo with some inspiring words for the youth, as well as some thoughts on the recent immigration legislation.

Also appearing were Chicago Bulls' Jimmy Butler and the cast of BET's New Edition movie. All through the magic of Chance.
