Mark Dayton is heading to Japan and South Korea in his first trade mission as governor. His schedule includes plenty of meetings with company executives and trade officials. He'll also visit with Minnesota soldiers and even take in a sumo wrestling tournament.

The governor will follow up this year's trade mission to Japan and South Korea with a similar trip to China. State officials say a late spring or early summer journey is likely.
