Demand for office space in downtown St. Paul holds steady
Despite an uncertain economy, the Greater St. Paul Building Owners & Managers Association's annual report shows downtown St. Paul's commercial real estate market is nearly ninety percent occupied, the Star Tribune reports. That's about the same rate as a year ago.
However, property managers are still optimistic with the Central Corridor Light Rail Transit line to begin service in 2014 and a new St. Paul Saints baseball stadium to open in Lowertown by 2015, the Pioneer Press reports.
