Two middle-aged men got into a fight outside of a Minnesota storage facility. Now one man is dead, and the other is in custody.

Minnetonka police say it happened at 2825 Hedberg Drive – that's a Public Storage location – around 11 a.m. Friday. Officers were responding to a call about a dispute between the two men at the business. But before police could get there, shots were fired.

When police arrived, they found an adult male with a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner has identified the victim as 58-year-old Thomas Edward Luetzow of Minnetonka. He died of a gunshot wound of the head and neck.

Police arrested the suspect – James Lacount, 65 – without incident, the release says. He was being held on Friday pending charges.

Authorities say because this is an ongoing investigation, no further details are available at this time. They have not released information on the relationship between the two men, or what may have caused the shooting.

The crime scene was at the back of the storage facility, near an RV, Fox 9 says.
