Joseph Brunn, 23, was last seen near the Holiday Inn in Otsego early Saturday morning, the Wright County Sheriff's Office says.

He'd reportedly left the Boondox Bar and Grille around 2 a.m. and walked past the hotel, the Monticello Times reports. He left his car behind and was reportedly seen walking toward a field, according to the paper.

Dozens of volunteers gathered at the Holiday Inn in Otsego at 9 a.m. Monday, searching in a nearby cornfield and brushy area. There is also a river, where Wright County officials are searching, organizers wrote on Facebook.

The Wright County Sheriff's Office Mounted Patrol, Recreational Services Unit, and sheriff’s deputies are all involved.

Friends and family of Brunn set up a Facebook page to coordinate search efforts with assistance from United Legacy – a nonprofit organization that helps find missing persons in Minnesota. It was created by the family of homicide victim Christopher Rossing, who went missing last year.

Organizers asked people to bring four-wheelers, horses, walkie talkies or bright-colored vests to help with the search. And for those who want to help but can't physically, donations of water, snacks or baked goods for volunteers would be appreciated, the Facebook page says.

Brunn is described as being 5 feet, 8 inches tall, weighing roughly 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing black/grey dress pants, a light blue button up dress shirt and black shoes.

Anyone with information on Brunn's whereabouts is asked to call the Wright County Sheriff’s Office at 763-682-1162. There is a $10,000 reward for information.

Family and friends have also set up a GoFundMe page to help fund search efforts.
