A Hennepin County Grand Jury has indicted 20-year-old Robbinsdale man on first degree murder charges in the shooting death of a cab driver in north Minneapolis this spring. Samuel Johosephat Taylor, 20, is accused of shooting and killing William Harper, 56, of Roseville during the commision of an aggravated robbery.
