A U.S. District Judge has ruled that a Wisconsin man's freedom of speech does not allow him to wander the grounds of the Twin Cities Pride festival distributing Bibles. The court says he can hand out the Bibles from a booth just outside the festival. The Center for Religious Expression is considering an appeal.

Participants in the annual Twin Cities Pride Festival have an extra reason to celebrate this weekend when the event turns 40.
