The couple has transformed an old Star Tribune newspaper truck into a boutique-on-wheels, according to MSP Magazine. Minnesota Zephyr rolls out of Stillwater

Crews are in the process of moving the landmark locomotive from the old Stillwater Depot to the Bayport area. The vintage dinner train stopped running in 2008 after operating for more than two decades. Zephyr owner David Paradeau sold the 5.9-mile railroad corridor to the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources for $4.25 million last year. The area will become the Brown's Creek State Trail and will connect to the Gateway State Trail west of Stillwater.
