More lawmakers kept announcing their retirements right up until the waning hours of the candidate filing period, throwing more question marks into a process already scrambled by redistricting. Retirements mean there will be at least a 20 percent turnover rate at the Capitol. There are also 20 former legislators hoping voters will agree to un-retire them.
