Forget Amazon, here are the best local Cyber Monday deals

Minnesota-based retailers are having sales too.

While Target, Walmart, Best Buy and Amazon dominate the Cyber Monday headlines, there are loads of discount options out there for those who like to shop local.

If you're looking for your money to stay inside of Minnesota, we've picked out a few of the best Cyber Monday offers we've come across so far today.

10 Thrift

The trendy St. Paul thrift store is offering Cyber Monday deals in a unique way.

Since it doesn't have an online store, it's posting items on its Instagram Story, and every item shown will be 50 percent off in the store.

You can follow the store here.

Cheaper booze from Haskell's

The downtown Minneapolis liquor and wine store is offering what is effectively 20 percent off its alcohol by selling discounted gift cards on its website.

The online-only offer is available on gift cards ranging from $25 to $1,000 – so a $100 gift card costs only $80.

Big discounts at Duluth Pack

Target grabs the headlines for its 15 percent off everything Cyber Monday deal, but Duluth Pack's is better.

It's offering 35 percent off at its online store today, making its trademark backpacks, clothing and accessories significantly more affordable. More here.

North Made

Proud to be Minnesotan? You can check out North Made's collection of Minnesota-themed apparel and glassware, which is 20 percent off for Cyber Monday with the code "stuffing."

You also get free shipping. Find its website here.

Angela Valentine Handbags

New Ulm designer Angela Valentine is offering discounts on her handmade creations for Cyber Monday.

You can find 30 percent off totes, crossbody bags, clutches and wallets on her website.

Free socks with Minnetonka Mocs

The footwear-makers are offering a free pair of Holiday Socks for every purchase over $30 (which is most things in their online store).

You also get free shipping – here's a look at the socks.

Save on Shore Boards

Anoka-based Shore Boards is offering 15 percent discounts on its sup, long and wakesurf boards today.

Considering its custom-made longboards cost upward of $300, and its wakesurf boards almost $1,000, this represents quite a saving.

Steep discounts at swear-word-named streetwear brand

Seeing as it's the name of the company, we will break our usual "no swears" policy to say that Minneapolis-based streetwear brand No Flashy Shit has some sales today.

This includes 40 percent off tees, 30 percent off hoodies and 20 percent off its limited edition merchandise.

Minnesota Made sale

Its sale technically started Sunday and runs through Tuesday, but Cyber Monday is slap bang in the middle of that so here it is.

20 percent off on its website – including already-discounted items.

Half off Loons gear

The first season of Major League Soccer is over for Minnesota United, but you can prepare for next year by stocking up on apparel.

The team is slashing prices 50 percent storewide for Cyber Monday, including on replica jerseys.

Save on Timberwolves tickets

Looking to catch Jimmy Butler and KAT in action? It's 20 percent cheaper if you book certain December home games on Cyber Monday.

This includes games against the Philadelphia 76ers and the Phoenix Suns. Book them here.
