Frank Ocean turns Black Friday into Blonde Friday

Frank Ocean spent his Black Friday with a sale of his own, with merchandise that had us feeling very 90's.

While Black Friday shoppers were busy with doorbusters in the early hours of this past Thanksgiving weekend, Frank Ocean got the early lead with the biggest deal of the day: a limited Friday-only physical release of his critically acclaimed album Blond.

While Blond was released last August digitally and even debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, it hadn't come out on any sort of physical medium. Ocean, free from his Def Jam obligations thanks to his previous digital-only release Endless that dropped a day before Blond, made his latest album available on vinyl and CD for only 24 hours from his BoysDontCry online store.

Additionally, Ocean made available a Black Friday Blond t-shirt (for the can't-beat price of $0.00) a Frank Ocean air-freshener and copies of his Boys Don't Cry zine, the latter of which is still available for $80.
