The Chance the Rapper experience is rising to arena-sized proportions in 2017.

Fresh off picking up three Grammys over the weekend, Chance has announced a string of tour dates that will land him in St. Paul at the Xcel Energy Center on May 12. The date is one day before the one-year anniversary of his celebrated Coloring Book mixtape's release.

The Chicago-based rapper had a busy 2016 in the region, performing at Rock the Garden, and the Summer Set Music and Camping Festival just over the border in Somerset, Wisconsin. He also made a cameo at Justin Vernon's Eaux Claires festivities near Eau Claire that same weekend.

Chance released the Grammy-winning Coloring Book last year as an Apple Music exclusive, and saw it become the first album to chart on the Billboard 200 solely on streams.

The latest video released from the project is "Same Drugs," featuring a Muppet-like supporting cast.

Tickets for the Xcel show go on sale at 6 p.m. Head to Chance's official site for tickets and the whole tour schedule.
