Gander Mountain plans to add four new shops in Texas this fall, the Business Journal reports.

The St. Paul-based outdoors-gear retailer will open stores in Lewisville, Mesquite, Round Rock and San Antonio -- giving the company a total of 15 locations in the Lone Star State.

Mesquite will be home to the first dedicated Gander Mountain Firearms Super Center in Texas.

“Texans love the outdoors and have passed down great traditions like hunting, fishing, hiking, boating and camping for generations,” Gander Mountain President and CEO David Pratt said in a news release. “We are happy to be able to add to the 11 stores we already have in Texas, and give more people in more regions of the state opportunities to experience our top-quality gear and knowledgeable service at great prices.”

Gander Mountain currently has 123 stores in 24 states, including 12 in Minnesota.
