Here's some cool slow motion lightning video from the MN storms

Some powerful storms came through Minnesota Saturday night, causing power outages, flooding and fallen trees.

But during the rough weather, one Minnesotan managed to capture some pretty cool slow-motion video of lightning cutting through the sky. Watch it above.

The video was published on YouTube by user BlakePries Sunday, then shared to Reddit.

He told BringMeTheNews it was taken around 2:15 a.m. Sunday in Eden Prairie.

The city got about one-third of an inch of rain that night, according to the Community Coolaborative Rain, Hail and Snow Network.
