Here's what Barack Obama listens to at the gym

The White House likes working out to Jay Z.

President Obama and the first lady just released some fire workout playlists.

These songs are a part of his contribution as a guest editor for the November issue of Wired.

President Obama's playlist is a true cornucopia of genres. The 10-song playlist kicks off with the Spike Mix of "Let's Get It Started" by the Black Eyed Peas.

There is also some reggae rhythm by way of "Could You Be Loved" from Bob Marley and The Wailers and some Latin flavor with Forro in the Dark's "Perro Loco."

Throwbacks in their own respect, including Nina Simone's 10-minute track "Sinnerman" and the extended mix of Beyonce's "Get Me Bodied" are also made the cut.

The First Lady's list also starts off with a classic banger, "Signed, Sealed, Delivered (I'm Yours)" by Stevie Wonder.

Again, variety runs deep in Michelle's playlist as "Love Song" by Sara Bareilles and Michael Jackson's "Unbreakable" from his last studio album, Invincible, are back-to-back tracks.

The POTUS's playlist contains more upbeat heat, while Michelle's feels more fitting for a cool down, with the exception of the last two dance-ready tracks, including "Get Right" from Jennifer Lopez and "Whip My Hair" from Willow Smith.

If you want to put these playlists to the test, then the Barack Obama workout plan is highly recommended but not required.
