Representatives passed a bill Friday that allows beer to be sold at the University of Minnesota's on-campus TCF Bank Stadium. Alcohol sales would be limited to luxury suites and a designated beer garden. A similar measure passed the Senate earlier this week. The plan still needs approval from Gov. Mark Dayton and the university’s Board of Regents.
