'I hope this is nuclear fallout': Minnesotans react to April snow

It's not too much of a hassle, and we all begrudgingly know it's going to happen. But it's also not what most Minnesotans wanted to see midway through April and weeks into spring.

Snow fell in parts of Minnesota overnight Friday, and continued through the morning with flakes in central Minnesota and the Twin Cities.

Weather Street has a map of recent accumulation, and pockets in the northwest, north-central and east-central Minnesota up toward Duluth got anywhere from a light dusting to a couple inches. Just across the border in Wisconsin, some places reported nearly 3 inches.

Of course, the most fun part is seeing Minnesotans' reaction to the wintry weather – especially when highs in the 60s (and possibly 70s) are expected this weekend for pretty much the entire state. (Click here to find your specific forecast.)
