In pictures: Floodwaters cause havoc across Minnesota

Cities in eastern and southern Minnesota are still dealing with the deluge of rain that passed across the state Wednesday into Thursday.

Streets are flooded, roads have collapsed and cars partially submerged after more than 14 inches of rain fell in some parts of the state within the past 48 hours, the National Weather Service tweeted.
