With the help of Jaden Smith, J.PLAZA's recent song is receiving thousands of plays in just days.

The Minneapolis-based emcee promoted his "Jaden Smith Batman (remix)" track by tweeting it at the young artist and loyal Batman fan. Smith consequently quoted him in a tweet asking if PLAZA had a video in the works.

Garnering the attention of the young artist, model and actor also gave the Twin Cities artist exposure to Smith's six million-plus followers. Consequently, hundreds of likes were collected on both PLAZA's and Smith's tweets.

The track is now sitting comfortably among PLAZA's other SoundCloud uploads at 17,000 plays and counting. PLAZA also took the pressure of Jaden's since-deleted tweet to produce and release a video on Tuesday. Although, there is no Robin costume involved, PLAZA brings the remix to life while bouncing around a graffiti backdrop as he switches up his deep, boisterous flow and spits lines like, "Twin Cities, my Gotham."

His remix comes a month after releasing "Ego," the first track from the newly created hip-hop trio also featuring Tha Rift and Daddy Dinero. The trio, FREEWIFI, recently signed to Rostrum Records, making them labelmates of Minnesota-born rapper and writer Mod Sun.

You can catch a set from the new collective at our Big 'Fancy' Go Show next month. They will take on the same stage as Wiz Khalifa, Vince Staples and plenty other national and local acts at this outdoor music celebration.
