A spokesman for Pinnacle Airlines, which operates the flight, did not specify the reason for the action but did say the airline has a more strict standard on alcohol use than the FAA.

A small cargo plane tipped on its side and went off the runway at Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport around 8 p.m. Friday. Airport spokesman Patrick Hogan says the landing gear collapsed on the left side of the plane owned by Bemidji Aviation.
