A Ramsey County judge set bail Monday at $100,000 for Carlos Viveros-Colorado, 50. He has been charged with criminal vehicular homicide after a crash Thursday in which his vehicle went careening down a 50-foot embankment and fatally struck Clarisse Grime, 16, near Harding High School in St. Paul. His sister says he is undocumented and in the country illegally.
