Justin isn't the only Bieber in the Twin Cities this weekend.

Bieber's mom, 37-year-old Pattie Mallette, talked with the Pioneer Press Friday about her new memoir "Nowhere But Up: The Story of Justin Bieber's Mom," which she will promote at the Women of Faith event in downtown St. Paul.

Mallette's uber-famous 18-year-old pop star son, meanwhile, will play Target Center in Minneapolis Saturday night.

There's no word on whether U.S. Sen. Amy Klobuchar will be attending Bieber's concert.

Klobuchar, of course, met the wrath of Bieber a year ago when she proposed a bill that would make it a felony to stream copyrighted material online.

Bieber's show sold out within minutes when tickets went on sale June 2, which angered some people who are looking for concert ticket-sale transparency, WCCO-TV reported.

Fans who don't have tickets to the show could possibly get a glimpse of Bieber a different way.

WCCO-TV also reported that fans are camped outside of the Grand Hotel in downtown Minneapolis, trying to figure out where he'll will be based on posts to his Twitter account.
