St. Paul police arrested a juvenile male Friday in relation to a shooting in St. Paul's Payne-Phalen neighborhood the night before.

The Pioneer Press reports the STPPD announced the arrest in a press release, and are not releasing further information on what role he may have played in Vincent Arron Allison's death.

Allison was killed Thursday night following a large fight just before 10 p.m. in the area of Payne and Case Avenues, according to police, the PiPress says.

Police found Allison in a parking lot near Payne and Lawson Avenues, according to police. He was taken to Regions Hospital where he died.

Earlier Thursday evening, KARE 11 reports, police had responded to a report of a separate large fight, though it's not known if the two incidents are related.
